    new Wheels??

Hi, still madly in love with my RSV4 Factory, was thinking of changing for an APRC but I dont think its worth the extra 5K it would cost to change for the use it gets ( bloody rain! )
All I have done is put some decent SBS RS brake pads in which I have been a fan of for years and get a noisy can GP slash which is in the box due to MOT.
I am considering some nice wheels for it, although standard ones are very nice, for many of my bikes I have bought sets of wheels for the track - always scabby ones where scuffs wouldnt matter but the RSV4 deserves something better, I have been considering a set of Braking wheels complete with discs if they do them in RSV4 fitment or a set of PVM 20 spokes or the newer 6 spoke (curved spokes)
has anyone put some aftermarket wheels on theirs? if so any fitment problems? did you have to get new discs or fit the OE ones?
I am looking at alloy not magnesium or carbon due to repairability if something scratches them and to be honest losing 2 kilos off the wheels doesnt matter if i'm 10 kilos overweight !!
Someone once said the cheapest way to shave weight on a bike is to put the rider on a diet

I have looked on BikeHPS & Harris websites etc. so it looks like a spend of around 1600 upwards so its not cheap but I dont think there's anything else on the bike I would change, its perfect - obviously it drinks fuel like a raging alcoholic & sometimes won't commit to neutral but god its good everywhere else,
    Cheers !

Ive got pvms on mine and get comments left right and centre on how nice they are, discs etc fit like standard its just the rear sprocket needs to be a special pvm stud fitment but lots of places sell them and there the same price as a normal rear sprocket

thanks, which PVM's have you got? I really like the quality of PVM wheels, seen them at bike show and on some trick bikes, they always look well finished.
I have toyed with BST but I have a mate who had some and he had a fairly minor off & the front broke - ouch! and they dont look as good as the PVM.
    cheers
