    RSV Factory Carbon - Ilemberger

Just about to go for the whole Nera carbon fibre kit, Full fairing, seat unit, tank, just wondering if anyone has any experience of the ilemberger stuff ??
Or any alternatives if there are any, but i cant em if there is
    Bike is an 05 model.
Total cost is about 2500, think i would rather do that than go and order a new v4.

I agree 2500 is alot to spend on some carbon fibre fairings. I'd put it towards a new RSV4

Any of the decent suppliers / manufacturers CARBON will be good for years to come mate In fact theres no reason why the carbon shouldn't outlast the plastic parts on the bike ......

Yes ..... there is some so called CARBON sh?te out there, the Ilemberger stuff is good quality tho and you wont have any problems, even if it is a bit pricey.

I got one of my own carbon items that has been weathering on the garden shed roof for 10 years now and a quick rub down of grime and polish brings it back up like new

Would love to see some piccy when your all kitted out .......

Me too, paid 2100 for my RSV and have a wife, four kids a dog and a gas and electricity company to support.

I've spent a few hundred on mine so far and would love to spend 2500 on carbon fibre.

    Go for it.

Maybe you can buy it for less money soon

Were starting to make carbon parts for the mille. First up si the 98-00 model, then the others.

Will update in this topic how things are looking and when I have some pictures.
