Ohlins Rear Shock - Gen 1

I've decided to sell my 2003 RSV. I've refitted some of the standard parts and I'm selling some of the 'performance' parts here. If they donít get any interest then Iíll stick them on ebay. PM me if you are interested or want to know more.

Rear shock in excellent condition. Has previously been fitted to a 2003 rsv and may also fit earlier/other models. Everything is very clean and unmarked. Paint on spring is not chipped. All adjusters work like new. Model number is 109300 and spring is marked with code 1091-31/95 L481. Complete with fitting bolts and nuts.

    £290

I'm happy to send any item almost anywhere in the world or you can collect from West Yorkshire. Postage and packing will be charged at cost. I'd prefer to send items insured but if you'd rather not, then let me know and then you accept responsibility for the item the moment it leaves me. I will accept payment by cash (UK£ only) on collection or cleared cheques or paypal (after fees if not sent as a gift).

    bump.

I will include fully insured 'Parcelforce express48' postage at the asking price. (£290) this applies to UK addresses only.

If you can collect the price is reduced to £270

If you want item sending to non-uk address the price is £270 + postage at cost. (Item weighs about 4000g packed)

not even a single enquiry yet so I guess it's too much.

    £20 reduction so:

I will include fully insured 'Parcelforce express48' postage at £270 this applies to UK addresses only.

If you can collect, or arrange your own courier, then the price is reduced to £250

If you want item sending to non-uk address the price is £250 + postage at cost. (Item weighs about 4000g packed)

It came straight off my 2003 Mille and the standard Sachs shock bolted straight back in. Afaik there are no differences between frame/swinging arm throughout gen 1 Mille years (98-03).

I can provide measurements if you want.

Just had a further look around on the net and there are different linkages on the early models (98-00) but yours should be ok since 01-03 are the same linkage regardless of the original shock type.

Yup. Linkages/dogbone are the same, 01-03. Ive got an 02 RSV swingarm on my Falco and can attest that they will fit straight in!

Yah I am interested. I am just trying to figure out if the postage is feasible. I purchased a slip on titanium exhaust a few days ago out of dublin and the postage was almost 90£.

I had a quick look at costs and reckon about half that, (£45), for insured postage to you. I will check later today and get back to you with an exact cost.

Sorry mate but you missed it by less than one day. I have just sold it to a guy in Alaska but not had time to update this thread.
