Best upgrades for 2000 rsv on track?

Done a few track days now and hopefully dreaded clutch is getting sorted this week so ready to start upgrading/improving the bike.
Bikes running sticky tyres, chipped and an exhaust with track fairings.

Thinking sprockets next so heard 16/44?? Is good. Suspension has been setup and seems very good to me, I'm only a light guy at 68kg so maybe some weight reduction? Any areas that's easily lightened.
    Any suggestions for anything else?

Best upgrades for 2000 rsv on track? Buy a BMW

Seriously if its a basic rsv and not the "R" I wouldn't waste your money, you can spend 'sssss otherwise Ohlins, sigma slipper (THE ONLY CLUTCH or any other slipper) and Oz wheels with Ohlins set up right is good enough. Once you get the bug you'll realise my first statement is true and buy a better bike with all the gear on. Sorry to all you Aprilia purists.

Ive found the aprilia to be pretty good on track so far apart from the clutch. Obviously won't be breaking any track records.

A BMW doesn't cost 900 and basically tells the rider what to do. Where's the fun in that? Lol

Enjoy your fun, don't believe the "tells you what to do BS!!" Ask the GP riders that. Bikes move on that is all.

Try modded header and an open airbox for some oomph out of corners...coupled with the gearing change you will really notice it.

Maybe new fork oil ..possibly heavier weight oil than standard...and change the air gap in them and spec the rear spring to suit your weight,..standard spring is for a 12.5 stone rider.

These are cheap mods to help get the most out of your track days ...yes the R is probably better but for 900 quid you can't go wrong!!!!
